International car rental franchise and affiliate brand Green Motion has announced its intention to launch a pilot sub-brand offering refrigerated van, truck and trailer rental.
The intention is to launch the pilot initially within the UK car rental network, and following the successful pilot will then expand the service across their worldwide operations.
Green Motion's Founder & CEO Richard Lowden said, "Now more than ever it is very important for our brand to continue to innovate, and meet the forever changing needs of our customers. The pandemic has brought to the forefront major changes in consumer behaviour, with many markets around the world seeing accelerated uptake in home shopping / delivery services, and therefore there is a natural and growing need for short and medium term hire of chilled and refrigerated rental vehicles."
Richard went on to say, "We are looking forward to seeing the Cool Motion brand hit the roads very soon."
